Why has my order been cancelled?

How do I return a faulty product?

Standard Shipping to all UK mainland destinations is free. We offer a next day UK delivery service for GBP6.50. Standard Shipping (7-10 days) is free to these countries/International destinations: USA, Canada. Can I change the shipping address?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to change the shipping address on your order prior to shipping. We are unable to make changes once an order has been shipped.
Can I track my parcel?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a notification confirming this along with a tracking number. UK Delivery addresses: If you do not receive your order within 3-5 business days, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to assist you. International Delivery: Approximately 7-10 days for Standard Delivery and 3-5 days for Express Delivery. What if I am not at home when my order is due for delivery?
If the item is too large for your post box, please follow the instructions left behind to re-deliver or collect the parcel.
How do I know if my parcel has been shipped?
You will receive a notification confirming your order has been shipped.
What is your returns policy?
We will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unworn/unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging.Please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions. We offer free exchanges within the UK. However, you are responsible for the cost of postage for any items you wish to return for a refund.
Can you confirm you have received my return?
On receipt of your return, we will email you an acknowledgement of receipt. In the case of an exchange, we will inform you if the item you want in lieu is in stock, and in the case of a refund we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
How long will it be before I get a refund or exchange?
Please note that it may take up to 15 working days for returns and exchanges to be processed once received. Once refunded, this usually appears back in your account in 3-5 working days. Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.
