We will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unworn/unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging. Please contact email@example.com for any returns or exchanges. We will promptly respond to your request within 48 hours.
Please do not return goods to us without first contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) which you will need to enclose along with the returned goods. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to organise a return. We are unable to accept returned goods once this time period has lapsed. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the safe return of the goods is your responsibility. Please use a tracked or recorded delivery service. For high-value items we suggest that you arrange for insurance with delivery.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us on email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. In your email, please state which item you would like in its place. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the item requested is not in stock we will contact you. If the exchanged item is higher in value, we will contact you for the remaining payment. If the item is lower in value, we will refund the difference to the original method of payment within 15 working days. We will email you a Free Exchanges Label on receipt of your exchange request. We cannot offer an exchange after 30 days of purchase.
On receipt of your return, we will email you an acknowledgement of receipt and of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 15 working days.
Sale items cannot be refunded. An exchange can be organised within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise an exchange.
